Feeder Machines

Feeder Machine in Iran: Provided by FITCO

In mineral processing plants and many chemical, pharmaceutical, and food production facilities, ensuring a sufficient and timely supply of materials to processes with the correct flow rate would not be possible without feeders and efficient material handling systems. Both volumetric and gravimetric feeding operations are necessary for materials with varying particle sizes, corrosiveness, and abrasiveness. The desired flow rate and speed are among the critical parameters in selecting the appropriate type of feeder.

With an understanding of the challenges faced by industries in securing suitable equipment, FITCO Company provides a wide range of feeder machines in Iran for various sectors. All of these feeder devices are designed and manufactured in collaboration with leading global companies and utilizing the latest technologies.

Types of vibrating feeders

Conventional Vibrating Feeders

AViTEQ vibrating feeders can be used in a wide range of applications for various materials, which can convey materials in high volumes and over long distances. Vibrating feeders are made of two different materials for different working conditions, iron sheet or stainless steel, which are highly resistant to corrosion.

Features

  • A wide range of applications for various bulk materials,
  • Can be driven by magnetic vibrators or unbalance motors,
  • Series connection for long material conveyance,
  • Has a dust-proof model,
  • Corrosion-resistant,
  • Multiple drive capability,
  • Simple, efficient design with little need for maintenance,

The dimensions of AViTEQ vibrating feeders can be customized to suit the working conditions and geometric specifications of the requested workshop. These dimensions are determined based on the following parameters and with the opinion of the manufacturing company's experts:

  • Material specifications,
  • Process conditions,
  • Geometry and spatial conditions and available space,
  • Ensuring continuous transportation of materials,

Vibratory Tube Feeder

Vibratory tube feeders are ideal for transporting and feeding bulk materials at a consistent rate of up to 100 cubic meters per hour, with particle sizes up to one-third of the tube's diameter. These feeders are recommended in environments where contamination must be avoided due to their closed design. They are particularly useful for feeding toxic and hazardous materials in industries. The feeders, manufactured by in Germany and supplied by FITCO, come in standard tube diameters of 219 mm, 273 mm, 324 mm, and 406 mm, with other sizes available upon request. The main components include the feeding tube, vibratory drive system (vibrator motor or magnetic vibrator), inlet/outlet nozzles, and elastic supports.

Features and Benefits:

  • Simple design with versatile applications
  • Dust-free operation
  • Capability to be equipped with multiple vibratory drives, including magnetic vibrators or unbalanced motors
  • Ability to transport materials over long distances by serially connecting feeders and conveyor lines
  • Option to position the drive above the feeder
  • Made from mild steel or stainless steel

Natural Frequency Vibratory Feeders and Screens

Natural frequency vibratory feeders operate based on a two-mass vibratory system, generating linear motion suitable for transferring, dosing, screening, classifying, and dewatering light solid materials. Compared to conventional vibrating equipment, where vibration is directly applied to the feeder tray, natural frequency feeders can achieve the same results with much smaller drivers. These feeders are ideal for dosing bulk solids using magnetic drives.

Features and Benefits of Natural Frequency Feeders:

  • Compact and flat design
  • Low noise
  • Energy-efficient
  • Trays made of stainless steel 304 (V2A) or 316 (V4A) with various surface treatments
  • Various linings, including textured sheets and FDA-grade plastics
  • Equipped with an electromagnetic drive for dosing or electromechanical drive for powerful conveying
  • Available in lengths up to 5000 mm and widths up to 2000 mm
  • Output capacity up to 300 tons per hour

Vibrational Spiral Elevator

In processes requiring the vertical (up or down) movement of large volumes of fine or coarse solids or bulk materials to a height of up to 8000 mm, a spiral elevator is recommended. The main component is a spiral with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm made of standard stainless steel or special steel. The feeding plate and spiral can be reinforced with plastic injection upon customer request. An option is also available for a version that can handle material temperatures up to 900°C. The drive system, consisting of vibratory motors, can be located at the top or bottom of the elevator.

Features of Vibrational Spiral Elevator:

  • Energy and space-saving
  • Continuous operation with low maintenance
  • Easy cleaning
  • Natural cooling of bulk materials during transfer
  • Option for enclosed design
  • Material flow rate up to 30 cubic meters per hour

Belt Weigh Feeder

Weigh feeders are used for precise feeding and controlling the input of materials, particularly powders or granules, with a capacity of up to 1500 tons per hour to mills, kilns, crushers, and mixers. These feeders are especially useful for batch charging, adjusting additive amounts, and simultaneously controlling the mixture of various materials with different weights.

Advantages:

  • Suitable for dosing and feeding
  • High accuracy for long-term operation
  • Sturdy construction
  • Customizable design
