Vibrating Screen
FITCO: Providign Vibrating Screens in Iran
Industrial vibrating screens can be categorized based on their applications into the following general classes:
Scalping Screens
Grading Screens
Washing Screens
Roller Screens
Grizzly Screens
FITCO has been the official representative of world-class products in Iran for many years. To propose the most suitable screening equipment for any project or industrial unit, FITCO's experts first thoroughly analyze the process requirements, such as material characteristics and installation layout.
By selecting the appropriate screen equipped with advanced technology, it is possible to effectively prevent all the common issues that occur during operation with many industrial screens, such as improper separation and grading of materials, inadequate vibration during material entry, difficult screen and deck replacement, excessive liner wear, etc.

Types of Haver & Boeker Screen Meshes
Ty-Rail™ Quick-Tensioning System
The Ty-Rail™ system, reduces mesh replacement time by half, minimizing costly screen downtime and simplifying mesh replacement.
Ty-Max and TY-WIRE Screening Panels
- Ty-Max: These polyurethane panels reduce screen clogging and last 7 to 9 times longer than wire meshes.
- TY-WIRE: Offers more open surface area and less weight compared to polyurethane meshes, increasing performance significantly.
Various types of Vibrating Screens at FITCO
F-Class Inclined Eccentric Screen
This series of modern vibrating screens, featuring consistent acceleration, easy maintenance, maximum efficiency, and long lifespan, provides excellent performance in material classification and prevents screen blinding and clogging.
Applications: Suitable for various uses, including scalping, dust removal, and wet and dry grading.
Screen Mesh
The combination of meshes on the deck is effective in increasing production and extending the life of these screens.
To increase screening efficiency and screen life, Ty-Max polyurethane panels are covered with Ty-Wire hybrid meshes at the feed and other points.
Features and Benefits of Class F Screens
- Quick and easy balancing,
- Double eccentric shaft for improved performance and longer life,
- Modular design,
- Rubber buffers for reduced lateral vibration and smoother operation,
- Ability to control grading using a variety of mesh screens,
- Unique rail system for mounting mesh screens: Class F vibrating screens are equipped with the Ty-Rail™ system, which reduces screen replacement time and line downtime, and improves productivity.
L-Class Linear Screen
Designed for easy maintenance without belts or gears requiring replacement, this series is suitable for moderate applications.
Applications: Suitable for dry and wet grading and dewatering.
Features and Benefits of the L-Class Linear Screen
- Customizable deck and body designs for a variety of applications.
- Multiple deck screen designs available.
- Overhead drive system with dual shafts and direct drive motors allowing multiple speed and stroke length combinations.
- Customizable decks in curved or flat designs to accommodate virtually any combination of side-pull or modular screen media.
- Ball trays to minimize screen mesh clogging and adhesion,
XL-Class High Capacity Linear Screen
This series offers the highest capacity, with some types reaching up to 15,000 tons per hour.
Niagara’s XL Series Vibrating Screen combines exciter drive technology with a large body for high capacity production lines. These screens are used for wet and dry granulation, dewatering and at the outlet of semi-automatic grinding mills (SAG Mills) and high pressure roller mills (HPGRs). The capacities and main specifications of the types of this class of screen are presented in the table below.
The vibration produced in these screens is based on exciters with external electric motors that are equipped with simple couplings that, in addition to reducing the time required for repair and maintenance of the equipment, also maximizes its stability.
The combination of grids on the deck is effective in increasing production and extending the life of these screens. In this class, too, the Ty-Max polyurethane panels are covered with Ty-Wire hybrid screens at the feed and other points to increase screening efficiency and screen life.
Applications: Suitable for wet and dry grading, dewatering, and mill discharge.
XL Class High Capacity Linear Screen Features and Benefits
- Large decks to maximize feed rates,
- Optimized body design for each application according to customer needs using Finite Element Method (FEM),
- Reliable exciter drive system with very long maintenance intervals,
- Customizable decks in curved (moss) or flat shapes suitable for almost any type of side-pull or modular screening media,
N-Class Inclined Eccentric Screen
Designed to enhance efficiency and performance, this series of screens minimizes structural vibration and maintains constant acceleration even with fluctuating material feed rates.
Applications: Primary scalping of coarse, wet, and sticky materials with high or intermittent feed rates, and grading highly contaminated materials in mining, recycling, and chemical industries..
Features and Benefits of N-Class Crankcase Inclined Screen
- Width from 1200 to 3000 mm and length from 2000 to 8000 mm,
- Output up to 3000 tons per hour,
- Cut size from 16 to 350 mm,
- Dynamic balancing to minimize dynamic loads and equipped with highly elastic rubber buffers that minimize vibration transmission to the chassis and structure,
Easy maintenance and modular design, - Strong bearings inside the rubber buffers to maintain constant acceleration under heavy loads,
- High efficiency and reduced possibility of clogging and blinding of the screen springs and line stoppage,
T-Class Inclined Screen
This family of vibrating screens is highly versatile and adaptable to various applications.
Applications: Primary screening, wet and dry grading, and dust removal.
Features and Benefits of the T-Class Concentric Inclined Screen
- It has a durable body and welded side plates that increase the life of the machine,
- Banana and flat decks can be customized for any combination of media,
- Banana deck machines are equipped with the Ty-Rail quick tension system to cut the time of screen mesh replacement in half and reduce line downtime costs.
- By utilizing the force of gravity to move materials, the inclined screen consumes less energy and this slope can increase the capacity of the screen and in addition, the meshes are less likely to stick.
