Magnetic Vibrators
Magnetic vibrators are ideal for use in vibratory feeders and other vibratory equipment across various industries such as steelmaking, glass manufacturing, food processing, and cement plants, especially when high precision dosing is required. These compact vibrators are easy to adjust continuously during operation and are reliable for continuous use and long service life. They can also be provided with appropriate protection for use in explosive environments.
FITCO has been supplying various products from the reputable European brand, including their magnetic vibrators, to various industries in Iran for years.

Unbalanced motor
Electric Vibrator Motors
Electric vibrators, also known as unbalanced motors, vibratory motors, or body vibrators, are used to assist in material transfer and create vibration and shaking on the external surfaces or bodies of containers, silos, hoppers, chutes, feeders, mixers, and bunkers. They are also used as drive systems for vibrating tables, vibrating conveyors, vibrating screens, and more. The operation of these vibrators is based on motors with unbalanced weights on their shafts.
Features and Benefits of Electric Vibrators
These vibrators are available in 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole, 8-pole, and 12-pole configurations. The higher the number of poles, the lower the motor speed, but the vibrator produces more torque and force. Electric vibrators are designed for continuous and efficient performance in various industrial conditions and can be safely used in environments with potential dust and explosive powders, specifically in zones 21 and 22.
Foot mounted electric vibrators
These versatile vibrators are reference products for manufacturers of vibratory machinery worldwide and comply with the latest IEC and EN standards. They are suitable for use in zones with protection levels 21 and 22. Models include MVSI, MVSI-TS, MVSI-ACC, MVSI-E, MVSS, CDX, MVT, MVTX, and MICRO, each with different specifications regarding voltage, pole numbers, input frequency, centrifugal force, and environmental temperature.
MVSI Series
Some models are suggested for use with PWM frequency converters. For example, the MVSI-ACC series is beneficial for large vibratory machinery requiring very high centrifugal forces, with dual motors providing up to 61,000 kg (600 kN) of centrifugal force.
MVSS Series
The MVSS series, made of stainless steel with complete protection against liquids, dust, and contaminants, is ideal for use in dirty and humid environments.
MVT, MVTX Series
The MVT and MVTX series are explosion-proof vibrators designed for use in potentially explosive industrial processes. These vibrators feature thicker casings and reinforced connections to prevent spark leakage. They are certified with UL, cUL, ATEX, and IECEx marks. The CDX series also offers explosion-proof capabilities with centrifugal forces up to 220 kN.
MICRO Series
The MICRO series is designed for continuous applications requiring low centrifugal forces. These vibrators are used in diverse applications, including food processing, transport, screening, measurement, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging, and automation.
Flanged electric vibrators
MTF Series
These include vertical vibrators with side flanges for easy installation on top of equipment, available with unconventional layer or clamp weights. The MTF series complies with the latest IEC and EN standards and is suitable for explosive environments or areas with explosive dust.
MTF-E Series
Specifically designed for use in industrial processes in environments with potential explosive gases, complying with ATEX directive (94/9/CE) for conditions 1 and 2 (gas) and zones 21 and 22 (dust).
MVB and MVB-FLC Series
These vertical vibrators with side flanges and shafts on both sides are typically used in medium to large screens and are available in four versions depending on the imbalance weights. The VB series is similar but comes with double conical flanges and is suitable for explosive environments.
Exciters
Exciters use two shafts mounted on four bearings and synchronized by gears. Unbalanced weights are driven by an external drive (electric motor, hydraulic motor, etc.), generating unidirectional vibrations. The centrifugal force of these mechanical exciters can exceed 450 kN in various models.
Advantages and Features:
- Exceptional durability
- Long life with smooth operation
- Low maintenance requirements for continuous operation
- Minimal noise
To recommend the most suitable vibratory equipment for each application and industry, it is crucial to consider process needs, material characteristics, installation location, and more. Selecting the right equipment relies on the experience of FITCO's sales engineering team, the technical support from manufacturer’s experts, and understanding the specific needs and leveraging the expertise of the customer's technical team.

Vibration Exciters:
- VU Series: Designed for medium to large vibratory machines, featuring a novel design, optimal performance, low noise, and long life. Higher centrifugal forces can be achieved by connecting drives with cardan shafts. The exciter system is driven by an external actuator, which can be an electric motor, hydraulic motor, or other types.
- The exciter consists of a central body with four bearings and two synchronized shafts connected by gears. Off-center weights are installed at the ends of both shafts, which rotate in opposite directions, producing centrifugal force perpendicular to the surface of the exciter's installation. Centrifugal force up to 453 kN can be achieved. The operational temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C. Installation should ensure that the exciter shaft is positioned horizontally.
